  • Poolbots Canada is online only. We have two fulfillment centers in Ontario and our main office is located in the Greater Toronto Area.

  • Poolbots Canada is online only, offering the best brands direct to consumers. We have a highly knowledgeable customer service team ready to answer any questions you might have. Give us a call Monday to Friday from 9AM-5PM EST or send us an email and we’ll bring the store experience to you.

  • Help is just a call away. We’re a dedicated team of pool experts and we will take the time to help you understand your options and make the best decision for your pool cleaning needs and budget.

  • We aim to answer every request within 24 hours. We’re a small team and we answer your questions personally with real customer care. If it’s peak season we might be a little behind, we’ll help you out as soon as we can.

  • If a product is out of stock give us a call and we can recommend a great alternative or we can let you know when we expect more to come in.

  • We offer great prices on our open box cleaners. Look out for sales at the end of the season and sign up to be notified of sales and promotions.


  • All of our automatic and robotic pool cleaners ship free. For orders under $200 shipping fees apply.

  • For orders under $200 there is a $9.99 flat rate shipping fee within Ontario. Outside Ontario there is a $19.99 flat rate shipping fee. All of our automatic pool cleaners ship free across Canada.

  • Unfortunately we cannot offer shipping outside of Canada at this time.

  • We know how important your purchase is and we aim to process your order the next business day. During peak season we may need 2 business days to get your order out.

  • Once shipped your order should arrive within 2-7 business days depending on your location and carrier. We ship with Canada Post, FedEx, and Canpar.


  • Yes, you have 30 days to return new and unopened products, unless an item is marked final sale.

  • We cannot offer free returns at this time. If you’d like to send an item back, you can contact us for a discounted shipping label using our negotiated rates. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
