We accept returns on most new and unopened poolbots within 30 days of delivery.
We aim to handle returns as seamlessly as our shopping experience. Please note, at this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns unless the return is a result of an incorrect product or a damaged product. If this is the case for you, please contact us and we will correct the situation.
For all other returns, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

A team member will assess your request and send you a Return Authorization Number with a pre-paid shipping label.
Package your return to shipping standards and drop your return off with the carrier.
Refunds will be processed once your return has been received and our team has verified that it meets our return standards. This can take 5-7 business days from the time the return arrives.
Once your return has been approved it can take up to 5-10 business days for the return to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Once an item has been shipped, a cancelled order is considered a return and the customer is responsible for any return costs. If you’d like to cancel an order that is already in transit, any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from your credit or refund. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please note that items removed from their original packaging and used products are not eligible for return and will not be refunded. Items returned in poor condition may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee or may not meet our standards for returns.
All custom orders, such as custom safety covers and some liners, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
All replacement parts are final sale and not eligible for return.
If an item is described as “final sale” is it not eligible for return. This callout will be included in the product description at the time of purchase.
Returns are not eligible for free shipping. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. For oversized items requiring carrier freight returns, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
If something went wrong with your order and you believe the error was on our end (for example, if you received the wrong item) contact us and we will take care of shipping.
