Shipping Rates and Times

Our Shipping Policy

When you buy an automatic pool cleaner, shipping is always free. If you’re shopping for accessories only, know that orders under $200 have a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for anywhere within Ontario. Outside Ontario, we charge a flat rate of $20. If your order is over $200, it ships free.

Shipping Times

We aim to ship out your order as quickly as possible, usually by the next business day. We ship with a variety of partners to get your order to you in a timely manner.

Within Ontario and Quebec, you can expect to receive your order in 2-5 business days once it has shipped.

Outside Ontario, shipping can take 3-7 business days from the time it’s been shipped. Please refer to our map to determine your expected shipping time.
